Welcome. You can find here some informations about me, my articles and my projects, with some appreciations of my favourite programming languages, scientific theories, etc, and of course contact informations. Enjoy.
I discovered and started to learn C++ in 2004, when I was 15. At 17, I already had written many (not that big) C++ softwares essentially for my personal use and started to write articles in French for Developpez.com, the best French speaking website about Programming and more generally professional IT. My first article was about Traits and Policy classes, but you can find below the full list of C++ articles I've written for Developpez.com. However, they're all written in French so you may want to use Google Translate or a similar service to get them in English.
I've also contributed to Developpez's C++ FAQ.
I liked much A. Alexandrescu's Modern C++ Design book and more generally generic programming techniques. C++ softwares or libraries based on a well-thought design may make use of generic programming to provide the necessary abstraction without losing in modularity and flexibility.
Soon.
At the end of 2008, I discovered the Haskell programming language. Anything imperative is forbidden there, thus I needed some time to get used to that philosophy. But I do really understand why many people use this language, even in industry. I do not have any software, library or article to show concerning Haskell, but I hope it'll come soon.
I'm interested in many fields of Science. Of course C.S. first, but I do really enjoy learning Maths theories and am often impressed by the beauty and the power of many of them, like Category Theory. I am also interested in Artificial Intelligence, mainly in Machine Learning techniques for the moment.
I'm a Maths & C.S. student at Université de Provence in Marseille, France. However, I'd like to go to US or UK to finish my studies.
